In collaboration with One Eleven Roastery, I co-created a pioneering sensory coffee experience that pushed the boundaries of aroma, flavour, and design. Rooted in deep sensory exploration and precision tasting, our goal was to unlock the full aromatic potential of coffee, treating it not just as a beverage but as a multi-sensory ritual. The result was the development of a custom-designed coffee decanter: a tool that transformed coffee into an immersive experience, revealing layers of nuanced flavours and aromas in every pour. More than just a tasting, it was coffee, reimagined.
