I led the creation of a groundbreaking Latin American grill restaurant in Budapest, overseeing every aspect from concept development and culinary innovation to team building and brand identity. Inspired by Latin America's bold, ancestral flavours, I designed a unique dining experience that blended traditional fire-cooking techniques with modern culinary design. I built and trained a high-performing kitchen team, instilled a culture of excellence, and positioned the restaurant as one of the city’s most exciting culinary destinations. Within just one year of operation, the restaurant earned a Michelin Plate recognition, an extraordinary achievement that marked its impact on Budapest’s gastronomic landscape and validated the strength of the concept, execution, and vision.
