Jose Guerrero x Loris Caporizi

In collaboration with renowned chef Loris Caporizi, I co-created an exclusive, experimental dinner for 10 guests that explored the intersection of tradition and culinary futurism. The experience was a bold dialogue between Loris’ deep-rooted Italian heritage, shaped by his journey through world-class kitchens such as Boragó, Gaggan, and Le Louis XV, and my own modernist, science-driven approach to flavour and technique. Together, we crafted an immersive tasting menu that honoured ancestral culinary wisdom while pushing boundaries through innovation, resulting in an uplifting, thought-provoking evening that celebrated the evolution of gastronomy.
