In collaboration with Diego Prado, renowned chef-scientist with a leading role in research at NOMA, Boragó, Alchemist, and the Basque Culinary Centre, we hosted an exclusive, 10-seat pop-up dinner designed to push the boundaries of gastronomy and perception.

Future Taste was an immersive, mind-expanding experience that invited guests to step out of their comfort zones through bold, speculative cooking. We explored futuristic culinary concepts such as edible insects, novel proteins, and the adaptation of laboratory techniques like dehydration, distillation, and fermentation into a gastronomic setting.

The result was a provocative, sensory journey where science, sustainability, and creativity merged to question the future of food. Every dish challenged conventional expectations and sparked meaningful conversations around innovation, ethics, and the role of the modern kitchen.
