In collaboration with the cutting-edge Digital Gastronomy Lab (LABe) in San Sebastián, Spain, I designed a high-end, multi-sensory gastronomic experience inside a 360° immersive projection room, where walls and tables become dynamic canvases, and guests are transported into fully reimagined sensory worlds. This project merges culinary artistry with immersive tech as part of pioneering research in Sensory Science.
