High Tech Culinary Innovation Lab

In partnership with the Hungarian Government, I founded a cutting-edge Culinary Innovation Lab, a high-tech research space designed to push the boundaries of gastronomy through science and technology. I established the lab’s research vision, led innovation for Arany Kaviár Restaurant, and oversaw the integration of advanced food technologies. From machine adaptation and operational consulting to building bridges between science and cuisine, my work focused on transforming food at the microstructural level through distillation, fermentation, and precision manipulation of chemistry and physics, unlocking bold new culinary frontiers.
